Batch: 003 No of bottles: 480 Time in barrels: 18 months Titratable Acidity 5,0 g/L ALC 8,,9%VOL. 375ml This third batch of Lepus is a brett´d saison matured for 18 months in red wine barrels. This long slumber on oak refines the fruity, spicy and earthy yeast notes and gives the beer a soft light and refreshing acidity. This highly carbonated and straw coloured beer is almost like a white wine with its oak signature and dry finish. With a high attenuation and zesty tartness this beer accompanies food brilliantly, but also works well as a thirst quencher after hard work in the field like back in the day.
