This long slumber on oak refines the fruity, spicy and earthy yeast notes and gives the beer a soft light and refreshing acidity. This highly carbonated and straw coloured beer is almost like a white wine with its oak signature and dry finish. With a high attenuation and zesty tartness this beer accompanies food brilliantly, but also works well as a thirst quencher after hard work in the field like back in the day.
