President Obama (almost) said: ”Hops in the face of difficulty. Hops in the face of uncertainty. The audacity of hops!” So we brewed up a batch of pretty bitter beer, and made sure it didn't miss out on drinkability. It´s a Pale Ale, American Style (or Obama Style, if you prefer). We used the El Dorado hop for this brew, a unique hop that gives hints of cactus flower and pear. It´s our first beer with this hop, and we feel confident that it´ll do great, as the first colored American president has done – whether you like him or not. No political bullshit here, just a comparison to a damn good beer. Brewed with the local homebrewing champs, Stefan Jørgensen and Jesper Kaas. Hops: El Dorado, Magnum, Mosaic. Malt: Pale Ale, Cara-varianter
