This year we produced more Medianoche variants adjuncted with coconut than ever before. Curious as to why? Well, we had a little something up our sleeves called Cuvee de Coconut Medianoche, a combination of all five Medianoches with coconut adjuncts from 2022. To accomplish this we stashed away portions of '22 Coconut Medianoche, '22 Medianoche Reserve, Batch number one Summer Starry Noche, '22 Coffee Coconut Medianoche, and '22 Starry Noche, which were kept in cold storage until we were ready to create this ultra-unique blend. The final result: a barrel-aged imperial stout aged on coconut, cocoa nibs, cacao husks, vanilla beans, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, and Mostra Coffee. Practice, patience, and persistence.
