First Place at Mazer Cup 2020 Black Currant, Red Currant, Heirloom Red Raspberry, and Montmorency Cherry Dessert Mead, made from Meadowfoam Honey, Local Palmetto Honey, Local Gallberry Honey, and Local Orange Blossom Honey, aged on French Oak. The Homebrew Finale, my homage to HoD, this mead is waterless, all the liquid is from the fruit and honey. Strong French Oak backbone to provide a perfect trifecta of Sugars, Acids, and Tannins.
