Sweet mead made to show off this exquisite and rare honey, this is a honey lovers mead! This batch was made from lab tested honey that was over 91% pure! Finding a honey this pure is nearly impossible since bees aren't picky. There are really no laws in the US about varietal honey purity, other than it needs to be the majority, so if a honey is 30% Tupelo and 10% x 7 other honeys, they can still call it Tupelo. Only your mouth will know the difference, this is also why some Meadowfoam is liquid marshmallows and others is just a little vanilla.
