An off dry hydromel traditional made from one of the rarest honeys in the world! The White Tupelo tree only grows on river banks and swamps in the Florida/Georgia Panhandle making it incredibly difficult to harvest. It's flavor is exquisite, wild, and distinct, it has a buttery sweetness unique to Tupelo Honey due to a much higher ratio of fructose to glucose (It's so high, that the honey will never crystallize!)
