This nice deep brown English Mild Ale uses 2-row, Flaked Barley, Roasted Barley, Caramel 40, Caramel 120 and High Dried Malt to create a nice toasted malt character. We use Herkules, Saaz, and Northern Brewer hops and add Grains of Paradise to give this beer a hint of peppery heat. Easy drinking.
