Пиво Dora #7 - Badlands Brewing Company

Dora is our exploratory (see what we did there!?) series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. This particular version sees us use a blend of Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo while altering our base malt profile with some alternate grains that give off light honey and malty sweetness while boosting the body. The nose leads with deliciously enticing tropical fruit aromatics and soft floral notes. We taste orange, citrus, bright tropical fruit and a touch of floral notes over a soft malt body.
