St. Tuber is our Belgian-style Abbey Ale brewed with local North Carolina sweet potatoes and cloves. Reminiscent of fall spices, St. Tuber has a slight fruit aroma and a hint of Caramel. One day we thought: “Let’s make this awesome beer even more awesome!” So, we aged it in bourbon barrels for an irresistable flavor that might rival Grandma’s sweet potato pie.
