Ispirata alla scuola Belga delle Strong Ale, con il suo elevato tenore alcolico si presta a tenere compagnia in serate solitarie in poltrona in cui riflettere sul senso della vita, ma anche ad accompagnare sostanziosi banchetti. Dal colore piuttosto scuro con riflessi color rubino e un bel cappello di schiuma, seduce con un naso ricco e complesso in cui le note etiliche sono addolcite dai sentori di frutta secca. Al palato è dolce, rotonda, di buon corpo ma piacevole da bere. molto lunga, offre un bel percorso suadente verso un finale di cacao e note tostate.
