A wedding collaboration between our Darcey & Dawn. The date is set, 23rd of July for a wedding at the brewery tap. Darcey & Dawn are getting married at long last! So there was only one thing to be done, Dawn must brew a beer (along with her Dad Michael)! This beers complex malt bill includes RedX, Red Wheat, Extra Pale, Vienna, Munich, a dash of Crystal 400 and just to make sure we get some depth to the red a little hit of Crystal Rye. American buzz of Columbus, Chinook and a dry hop with Simcoe. ABV: 4.8% GRAVITY: 1.048 COLOUR: Red! MALTS: RedX, Red Wheat, Extra Pale, Vienna + HOPS: Simcoe, Columbus, Chinook
