This comes from a calculated addition of Crystal 150 balanced for just enough colour whilst providing a very subtle flavour. Lager cant be lager with out lagering. (what an odd sentence). 27 days of cold conditioning rounds out the flavours and keeps the esters low. Single hopped with Spalter, this traditional take on Splat hops gives a style guide low to medium bitterness allowing the crisp lagering and that dash of malt and colour to shine through.
