Пиво I Rate Saison - Brasserie de la Senne

I Rate Saison is a spelt Brett Saison born from a collaboration with beer writer Melissa Cole. With its opalescent blond colour and 5,5% ABV, it is an explosion of flavours of yellow fruits (ananas, quince, pear, ripe gooseberries) and white flowers (acacia and hawthorn). Its taste brings in notes of candied pineapple, flowers and noble cereals, together with a nice minerality and a fine, refreshing bitterness. Its aftertaste is long and floral. An ideal spring beer that evolves well with time!
