Пиво Zinne Lager - Brasserie de la Senne, Brasserie de la Mule

This reinterpretation of Zinnebir was brewed with Brasserie de la Mule, the brewery created by our former colleague and very good friend: Joel Galy.
In the recipe everything stays the same as in the classic Zinnebir recipe, except for the yeast: for this version Zinnebir becomes a bottom-fermented beer! The pressure in the lagering tank was preserved, as we do it with our Pils, to keep a natural carbonation without bottle conditioning.
The result is really interesting: the typical Zinnebir character is respected, while the classic touch of a lager beer comes out: a more delicate fruity nose (mandarine peel), a light sulphur note that gives character, and a clear-cut malty flavour.
