Our Alaaf Ale, brewed in the Kölsch style, is being released for the first time to celebrate Karneval! Cologne is famous for its Karneval and its distinctive Kölsch beer served in 0.2 Liter Stangen (glasses). Our version features a light touch of American Cascade hops to give it that little something extra, but still preserving the subtle esters and light body that defines a Kölsch. Put on your Karneval costume, raise your Stange, and proudly, loudly say Alaaf!!
