For our Science Projekt Series, we take one base beer and use it to make multiple different beers in very limited quantities (a few kegs each). This way, beer fans can compare and learn exactly what difference the various ingredients make. Our first Science Projekt is a Nitro Oatmeal Stout...we have the base version (v 1.0) plus 3 others: - v 1.1 with Lactose (Milk Stout) - v 1.2 with Coffee (from Pacolat a local coffee roaster in our neighborhood Prenzlauer Berg) - v 1.3 with Lactose and Coffee
