This beer is fun experiment that turned out awesome. We took our classic West Coast IPA, Poor but Hoppy and doubled the aroma hops. Double the whirlpool Centennial and instead of single dry hop of Centennial and Simcoe, we did it twice. That's 20g per Liter of aroma hop goodness. Bursting with stone fruit and grapefruit on the nose, Poor but Hazy has an easy drinking juiciness with restrained bitterness. Compare this with the Poor but Hoppy to see how changing the yeast and dry hop regimen allows a completely different flavor profile from the exact same ratio of hops.
