A modern twist on the classic German Kolsch. This hybrid style beer is brewed with German hops & fermented at perfect ale conditions. We have jazzed up its crisp, refreshing profile with some Cascade dry-hopping which brings out some piney grapefruit aromas. Left to condition in lager temperatures, then cold crashed for a clean crisp beer with a hoppy hybrid kick. Ozapft is!
