Пиво Yasuke - Brockton Beer Company

Yasuke was a real-life Black samurai the first foreign-born man to achieve the status of a samurai warrior. Much about him remains a mystery. So once we sat down to design this beer we chose to take on the traditional ale/lager hybrid out of Cologne, Germany known as a Kolsch. Unlike its traditional counterpart, this beer pours black with a tan head. Delicate on the pallet, with a dry and crisp finish. Low bitterness, and a subtle roastiness. At a 4.5 abv it's highly drinkable!!! Worthy to be named after the legend.
