sourness is just spontaneous. no brett nor bacteria were added. Rustic Blended Sour Saison dry-hopped with whole-cones organic Centennial. Blend composed by 55% of a Saison fermented and aged in Oak barrels and 45% of our Kettle Sour Ale spontaneously soured according to the traditional German use of unmilled barley malt to add the microflora. Raw materials: Organic Italian Malt, Ancient wheat “Verna” (Bellavista company), Belgian Organic Hops (Cambie company)
