Rustic Blended Sour Farmhouse Ale GENTLY dry-hopped with Citra - sourness is just spontaneous, no brett nor bacteria were added - Blend composed by 50% of a Saison fermented and aged in Oak barrels, 25% of our Kettle Sour Ale spontaneously soured with our "Super Santos" traditional process, aged in barrels and 25% of Blendone, processed with our "Governo alla Bicchierino".
