Named not after our own gassy cloud of rocks and stars or even that lovely creamy chocolate bar…..but after the quaint little street the brewery is located on. A tiny little cobblestoned side street in the Copenhagen freetown known as Christiania. This deep hazy orange New England IPA is packed full of spicy and piney Chinook, jammed tight with Strata that is basically like being hit by a truck full of tropical fruits, fresh berries and with a light bludgeoning of citrus. To bring it all together, the Galaxy hops just merge all. These flavors and aromas into a completely balanced entity. Like our galaxy. This beer is just, well…..out of this world
