This wild fruit sour is a base of spontaneously fermented beer inoculated with our local microflora and conditioned on 1000g/l of second-use chuckleberries before being blended with barrels of 4 year aged Biere Brut. Intense fruit and sourness from the chuckleberries combines with delicate sweetness from vanilla and tonka
bean with lingering tannins to produce a
rounded, funky, fruity complexity.
