Hazy Pale Ale w/ Citra & Idaho 7 A plush soft mouthfeel carrying a balanced medley of passionfruit, tangerine, lychee and pineapple. This experimental hoppy beer series serves as a bit of a playground to try some different things from a recipe standpoint that are outside the box for us. For the second in the series, we've brought in a new yeast strain and modified some of our processes with the goal of creating a pale ale that drinks more like an IPA from a body and flavour perspective.
