In 2019 we already brewed a similar beer, a session IPA that had to pop! How’s the recovery going? The Shotgun has been reloaded. This time we added papaya alongside the lychee for some extra depth. And to stay in the exotic theme, this time we used New Zealand ‘Wai-iti’ hops to emphasize that extra stone-fruit and tropical aromas. Fire in the hole!
