BA Imperial Stout with Coffee - This year we teamed up with Dark Matter Coffee for the long awaited return of Bourbon County Stout Coffee. We took a single barrel of BCS and blended it with Dark Matter's freshly roasted Aire blend coffee from Santa Petrona farm in El Salvador. Home to 80 year old bourbon trees, Santa Petrona picks the coffee cherry at peak ripeness to ensure a sweet honey flavor in their roast. This lends itself perfectly to the rich fudge and caramel flavors present in BCS. Notes of candied pecans, honey, dark fruits, and beautiful coffee aromatics make this BCS Coffee worth the wait.
