That’s why he decided to go back to his playground DA BINO where there are no rules and NO WORRIES to brew his first farmhouse Saison. As expected, he went all in and blended a complexed Belgian Framhouse Saison strain together with a fruity French Saison strain. He then let it free rise in oak barrels to let the yeast do its work and did some ad lib dry-hopping with Citra and Sabro because there is absolutely NO WORRIES.
