This DIPA is East Coast meets West Coat in a glass. Brewed with a New England style water profile and malt bill, hopped more like a West Coast IPA and using a clean West Coast yeast. We then double dry-hopped with Azacca, El Dorado and Citra at 20g/L. Starting off with smooth juicy tropical fruit flavours and aromas and ending with a suitable bitterness, hiding its 8.3% ABV well, this beer is not to be missed!
