Szezonális sörsorozatunk, a Summer Series első tagja egy málnás búzasör, azaz raspberry wheat ale. Az összesen 400 liter gyümölcs miatt a végeredmény gyönyörű rózsaszín, kibontva pedig annak jellegzetes illata dominál; olyan az élmény, mintha csak egy málnáskertben sétálnál. A Cherry Herohoz hasonlóan igyekeztünk a névadó, zamatos gyümölcs egyszerre kellemesen édeskés és fanyar aromáira helyezni a hangsúlyt, amit jól egészít ki az alap búzasör enyhén gabonás lecsengése. Emellett az alkoholfokát (4%) is igyekeztünk úgy belőni, hogy akár több korsó is lecsúszhasson belőle egy meleg nyári napon. --- Raspberry Ralph is the first in our new line of products, called Summer Series. As its name suggests, with these offerings we wanted to create easy-drinking, low-ABV sippers that can be enjoyed on the beach or at a garden party. We kicked things off with a raspberry wheat ale, brewed with 400 kilograms of fresh fruit and the result is straight-up juice. Captivating aromas of fresh raspberries swirl to the nose leading to a palate reminiscent of homemade summer mixed berry jam, with just a touch of doughy malts and light straw.
