Aged for 12 months in a Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrel barrel-aged imperial stout. This unique stout features ancho and piquillo peppers, cacao nibs, vanilla, cinnamon, and lactose. Inspired by a traditional Mexican mole sauce, this stout presents a subtle but noticeable heat, balanced with the sweetness of milk sugar and the richness of dark chocolate. Vanilla and cinnamon dance with the chocolate, peppers, and roasted malt to provide a beautiful blend of spice, warmth, smoke, and sweetness.
