Introducing: Silent Barrel #633 Late last year we started a new project, a single barrel release program. This program begins with our friends from @wineandcheeseplace. We spent a day together in our barrel room searching for their favorite barrel to be released with their name on it, bottled completely still and silent to share the experience we had when pulling nails and sampling this stout straight from the barrel. They chose barrel #633, an Imperial Stout which had been resting in a Willett 5yr Bourbon Barrel since March of 2020. Limited to 264 bottles.
