Dry Hopped Sour w/ Passionfruit Our goal for this beer was to create a straightforward and refreshing sour that would satisfy on the warmest of days and also the coolest of nights. Hot Hits is the result and we are in LOVE. We started with a fairly simple grain bill and focused more time and energy into our souring and fruiting processes. The result is a beer that is infinitely drinkable with a complex sour profile balanced by juicy passionfruit. You might see this one, or some variation of it, back again sooner than later.
