Пиво Rosé Friday - Town Brewery

The concept around Rose Friday was to create a bright and rose coloured saison by fermenting the same wort separately in both white and red wine barrels. We then blended the beer together and performed a secondary fermentation on fresh strawberries and raspberries from our friends @willowtree_farm . After bottle conditioning for several months, the beer is ready and we're super pleased with the result!
