Little Ditty Three is a pleasant little treat emerging from a six month stainless slumber to greet us with balanced acidity and soft drinkability on this biting winter day. It's a pilsner malt, raw wheat and oat saison dosed with our house culture and allowed to condition in the keg for several months. We find it to be delightful and refreshing!
