For this rendition of Triple Shot we added a small amount of cocoa dusted truffles to give this beer a chocolate covered espresso bean appeal. It has all the delicious flavors you are accustomed to -- fresh roasted coffee, molasses, brown sugar cookies, rich milk chocolate, and dark red cherries with an extra layer of chocolate complexity. It is not overly saccharin with a firm coffee acidity balancing things out, making it enjoyable to drink as it warms.
