Пиво Ordered States of Nature: Kriek 2021 - Wild East Brewing Co.

2022 NYS Bronze Medal Winner. A homage to Belgian lambic beer, brewed using a turbid mash and 100% NY state ingredients. This Kriek-inspired ale was barrel-fermented with our house mix culture, blended and conditioned on 500lbs of locally grown Montmorency cherries for a total production time of 15 months.
