Пиво Bear Worship - Peaches & Mango - Blood Brothers Brewing

This rendition of Bear worship was a blend of one year saison and golden sour barrels. The barrels were neutral and used as a vessel for multiple strands of bacteria and saison. After their slumber in barrels they were conditioned on mangos and Ontario peaches for two months. The beer was then packaged and bottles conditioned for another two months. Aromas of sweet tropical fruit and musk are met with subtle peach citrus zest and mango on the palate. Effervescent with a soft acidity and a dry finish.
