When we released My Second Rodeo West Coast IPA back in December 2021, you guys absolutely loved it and many of our West Coast-loving regulars asked for us to brew it again. So we did…sort of. We took the same hop ratio and just cranked everything up. The hops, the alcohol, and the IBU. So, this beer is not for beginners, you better be a Pro to handle this Rodeo. Plenty of old school US hops for that grapefruit and pine kick a West Coast should have: Chinook, Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade, Columbus.
