This Imperial Sour Ale was brewed with a Heyump-load of sea salt in the kettle, fermented on almost 25% by volume of Pink Guava, and then hit with the fresh Heyump of about 500 (suspiciously large) limes. Heyump! pours an opaque and hefty pink/orange hue, and hits with that Heyump you didn’t know you needed. Guava all day, Heyumped by the wonderful briny acidity of salt and lime - Sweet-tart, grapefruit pucker, fruit pie, lots going on in this simple sour. Heyump!
