Nuestra Stout de Avena es suave como la seda, como la piel del jaguar, de ahí su nombre. Comienza con malta tostada que combinamos con avena de origen local para darle a la cerveza una complejidad única con un toque maya. El suave aroma a lúpulo cede a los granos tostados y café. En el vaso es un color marrón oscuro y mantiene una espuma larga, espesa y cremosa. La sensación en la boca es semiseco pero dulce al paladar. Hemos tostado nuestra malta para lograr un balance perfecto entre chocolate con leche y café con crema. El bajo nivel de alcohol se presta para disfrutar de varias cervezas en una noche fresca en el Caribe. ------ Our Oatmeal Stout is silky smooth like the jaguar it is named after. It begins with roasted malt and barely which we combine with locally sourced oats to give the beer the unique complexity with a Mayan touch. The low-tomild hop aroma yields to roasted beans and coffee. In the glass it is a brown-black color and keeps a long, thick, and creamy head. The mouth feel is medium-dry, yet sweet on the palate. We have roasted our malt to achieve the perfect balance between milk chocolate and creamed coffee. The low alcohol lends itself towards enjoying several on a cool Caribbean evening.
