Пиво Reflections (11/03/2015) - Side Project Brewing

The entire Reflections series began with this beer. The name, Reflections was derived from the history of a barrel’s past that is reflected on the future beer it ages.⁣ ⁣ On 11/03/2015, we racked a Bière Blanche experimental batch into a single, unrinsed, French Oak wine barrel which previously held an early batch of Fencerow. The result is a pale, golden, tart Wit beer, that has the huge aromatics of red and black raspberries. The pale color is deceiving, as you don't expect the loads of raspberries that the nose provides. ⁣ ⁣
