Пиво Belgian Cherry Triple Ale - Trenčiansky pivovar Lanius

Belgian Tripel • 12.1% ABV

The template for this fruit special is a Belgian Triple Ale, very strong light Belgian beer originally brewed solely by monks in Trappist monasteries. A single light malt is used, while special Belgian caramel is added to the whirlpool to make the body more tender and making the beer stronger and more aromatic. The most important role is played by multiple-yeast mixture, which produce a vast amount of spicy and citrusy flavors and aromas during the fermentation. We added sour cherries in a form of a 100% natural concentrate, giving an extraordinarily strong ruby red elixir with pink head and a typical sour cherry taste. The first sensation is a transient malty sweetness, which is quickly re-placed by a bitter fruity intoxication of the cherries. Swallowing is followed by a robust but pleasant alcohol warmth radiating throughout your body. The finish is dry and spicy with a hint ofhops bitterness. With every glass of this beer, you also take in 200 grams of sour cherries.
