A dark wheat beer transformed only by time, wood and our proprietary blend of microorganisms into this beautiful dark and sparkling beer reminiscent of the Flemish style Oud Bruins. An inviting aroma of toasted oak, dark fruit and funk lead to a complex and balanced taste of tart cherries, caramel malt and spicy nutmeg ending in a mouthwatering acidity.
