Brekeriet White Label Brekeriet Rósaldin is a fruit beer mainly fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Rosehips are added during the secondary fermentation and this yeast loves fruit which is shown in the fantastic taste of the beer. Brekeriet Rósaldin is refermented in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.
