Around here, Lager is widely considered as typical summer thirst quenting beer. However, the rest of the world's choice for summer drink would be light top fermented Ale, often with addition of wheat and subtle fruitiness. Those are equally refreshing, yet stand out with brighter flavor. To demostrate this, we present you our Summer Ale - summer special for those looking for new flavors and lager afficionados alike. The foundations of recipe for Nelson are in light Pale Ale, enriched with oats and wheat, which, despite the small gravity of beer, adds more round and full flavor. Then we added infamous New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops, renowned for its aroma and flavor resembling rape gooseberries, white wine or grapes. Taste it and cheers to the summer with us!
