For the Pear & Walnut we have chosen to make a lighter barley wine so that, in addition to a lighter colour, the characteristic ripe fruit aromas are somewhat weakened but the sweetness is preserved. This will bring out the aromas and flavors of the pear and walnut more prominently, resulting in a unique combination.
