Пиво Hungarian Terroir: Szekszárd - Hungarian Grape Ale 2020 - MONYO Brewing Co.

A Hungarian Terroir sorozatunk újabb taggal bővül a Hungarian Grape Ale 2020 személyében. Ezúttal ismét Szekszárdra látogattunk, egész pontosan a Vida Borbirtokhoz. A Vidáéktól kapott kadarka mustot és törkölyt együtt erjesztettük az alapsörrel, ráadásul a tőlük kapott borélesztőt használtuk fel a fermentációhoz. Így sikerült megalkotnunk az eddigi legkönnyedebb Hungarian Terroir tételt. Igazi tavaszias ital, színben roséra hajaz, illatban és ízben is a bogyós gyümölcsök és a csonthéjasok dominálnak. Laza ivós, bisztrós ital egy kis visszafogott savassággal. --- Our Hungarian Terroir series is expanded with another release, a Hungarian Grape Ale. This time we visited Szekszárd again, specifically Vida Wine Estate. The Kadarka juice and pomace Vida estate provided were fermented together with the basic beer, the fermentation was made by the culture specially used for this variety. This is how we managed to produce the lightest Hungarian Terroir item so far. A real spring drink, it has typical rosé color, berries and nuts dominate both aroma and taste. An easy to drink, bistro beer with a restrained and elegant acidity.
