Пиво Gin Barrel-Aged Pierre Delecto - Fullsteam

Our rotating saison series continues with a barrel-aged version of our wintertime Pierre Delecto. We purchased Conniption Gin barrels from our friends at Durham Distillery (a mere two blocks away) and aged PD winter in them for three or so months. The bright botanicals pair well with the saison's base of local grains, domestic Bergamot orange, fennel, brown sugar, and cardamom. Vibrant and sassy. Draft only; Rigsbee only.
